“Do you believe that you can walk on water?” is the anthemic rhetoric in 30 Seconds To Mars’ welcome first new single (Walk On Water)– the long-awaited taste of the band’s upcoming new album, (due for release on April 6th), -that after 4 years since their last studio release,  every fan is now aching to hear.
In support of the impending collection, Jared Leto et al have embarked on a string of highly anticipated Spring/Summer European & U.S. dates, hitting the UK shores by the end of this week.

In a bid to abate the insatiable thirst for these shows, thoughts turn to what treasured gems might make the cut into the mix onstage; but in the current absence of album five -and an eclectically styled, cherished back-catalogue, spanning fifteen years - wistful ideas of already-established numbers in a decadent dream setlist are afoot.
What will make the grade?  Full pelt older more rocky or ‘Emo’ numbers – the latter, if given an outing, often only acoustically?  Rarities that miss the light of day?  Perhaps an ‘outside the box’ cover of a Beatles classic? or, even for those stalwart old skool fans of Jared aka ’ Jordan Catalano’ -the character portrayed by Leto in the 90’s teen drama ‘My  So-Called Life- (this writer included) may we dare to wish to be serenaded the show’s brief yet compelling pseudo-love song, ‘Red’?
Aside from playing all albums back-to-back, here is a suggested an extended dream setlist to delight and entertain -who knows where this party could lead us? :
